Pay for the time you use
Pay for the time you use.
Choose this option if you have a 'to do' list made up of one or a number of small jobs.
We'll send you one multi-trade handyman who can take care of the jobs on your list.
Our 'by time' rates are:
£50 for the first hour and £30 for every half hour thereafter.
We do also offer a Saturday service at a slightly higher rate of £60+VAT for the first half-hour and
£30+VAT for any half-hour thereafter.
Economical Daily Rates
If you have a lot of work for us to do, it may be more cost effective for you to hire one of our handymen for the
day. The price for a weekday is £280, £160 for half a day and £350 on Saturdays.
Survey and quotes
Choose this option for larger more complex jobs where the handyman needs to see exactly what work is involved and what materials or equipment are needed.
The survey visit will allow us to inspect what work needs doing and produce a quote for you. This visit costs £25+VAT, which will be deducted off the final invoice should you proceed with the work. So you only pay for this visit if you don't proceed with the work.
You'll need to pay £25+VAT directly to the handyman at the end of the survey visit. If he can, the Handyman will then issue you with a quote for the whole job, however, it may be necessary to return to our office to work out prices especially if you need us to source and price materials
The survey is booked as a half-hour slot and the Handyman will usually have to return on a separate day to actually undertake the work. However it may sometimes be possible to complete the work on the same visit.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to produce the quote. Which will be sent to you via email.
Hours of work 9.00am to 5.00pm, but if you need us there earlier let us know.
