Wright Building Services: Customer Care Services
We encourage the client's involvement as we appreciate that things may change along the way. Using our technical advise along the way to achieve the finish and look that you are after.
It's your home, you decide how the finished room will look.
No need to worry about heavy furniture, we will move everything for you (under your guidance for those priceless pieces).
We realise that this is your home and not just a house, so we take great care with your home and the fittings and fixtures within it. We lay protection over flooring and over furniture. We wear protective bootees over our shoes. Best of all, we clean up after ourselves with our own vacuum cleaners. If you are living at home whilst works are being carried out, we will clean up at the end of each day.
Building work is disruptive. Consider if you - or your pets - should move out for all or part of the building programme.
Wright Building Services have Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000.00
Wright Building Services been thoroughly vetted by the FMB. FMB MasterBond builders also meet TrustMark's government-endorsed standards on workmanship and customer service.
As we are FMB MasterBond contractors you are able to insure our work, this is through Zurich, you can purchase a 10-year insurance-backed warranty on the work.
We provide as detailed as possible quotes for the works to be carried out, we do not believe in small print so there will be no surprises. We include supply of materials (if certain items have not been chosen - for example tiles - we will always state this) and removal of rubbish.
We are happy for clients to provde materials, e.g. a bathroom suite.
Wright Building Services do not in any way, condone or take part in any kick-back schemes, therefore our price is for the works done and not commission to Real Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Concierges or other Contractors. We believe our work speaks for itself, and this is why we have a large returning customer base.
Watch the budget
Remember, while many improvements have intrinsic value and will attract viewers, they won't always add real money. According to the FMB a new kitchen is one of the most popular home improvement projects, but keep your expenditure in proportion. Splashing out on a £30,000 designer kitchen is great if there's a keen cook in the house, but this probably won't be recouped in a sale.
Buying a property?
If you are intersted in a property  a professional survey by a Chartered Surveyor will highlight potential problem areas and save you money in the long run.
Wright Building Services will, for a small fee, come and look at the property with you to see if your proposed plans are feasible and within your budget. (Fee refundable if you have us do the works)
